Omega Plus™ combines omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) from cold-water fish, with an omega-6 fatty acid – GLA from borage oil – in one gelcap. These essential fatty acids help keep skin hydrated and provide protection from the damaging effects of the sun.
