Return and Refund Policy
You may return an unused and unopened (e.g., seal on cap not broken, etc.) product within 10 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee. Your credit will be issued within approximately five business days of receipt of the return.
Return shipping charges are not refundable as well.
International orders are not eligible for returns.
To send back an unused and unopened product you must first obtain an RMA number. To do so, please contact us via email with your order number, purchase date, receipt date, and product description of the items to be returned along with the reasons for your return. If you can provide a picture of the unopened item that would be helpful too. PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK ANY PRODUCTS WITHOUT OBTAINING AN RMA NUMBER FIRST – such returns will not result in a refund. Once your return is approved you will receive your RMA number and a return address. Shipping the product back to us will be your responsibility and at your cost. Please package appropriately so it is not damaged in transit.
Once we receive your return we will issue your refund, less the restocking fee and the original shipping costs, within approximately five business days of return receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for any used or opened products or after 10 days of receipt of the product.
If we have shipped you a product in error, we will fully refund your order and your return shipping costs as long as the product is unopened/unused. Please email us with your order number as mentioned above to obtain your RMA number.
