Health Buyer Club, LLC (HBC) is a membership buying club focused on helping people who suffer with chronic illness to save money. The founder of HBC is a medical professional who suffers from chronic diseases and understand that treatments for people with Post Treatment Lyme Disease, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Long Covid and a range of other diseases often must be funded out-of-pocket with no assistance from traditional insurance. These ailments are life-changing battles that can impact a person’s ability to work and earn a living. The burden of paying for additional treatments and supplements is real and economically challenging and HBC’s goal is to make your path more affordable. Dr. Heller, a PhD Psychologist, with over 20 years of experience treating patients with issues related to these disorders as well as brain and gut health has joined HBC in this mission. HBC will be adding additional practitioners as demand requires with the addition of telehealth services in the near future.

HBC’s approach is simple. Keep our costs low so that our members can save money.  Thus we:

• Leverage the buying power of our many members.
• Keep operating costs low through web-based sales with no brick-and-mortar stores.
• Buy in bulk and encourage our customers to buy in bulk whenever possible.
• Maintain minimal inventories. While this may lead to delays in receiving your order, we value low prices over rapid delivery.
• Sell products to our members at prices lower than they can obtain elsewhere.
• Learn from our customers and add new products that they desire whenever possible.

Membership:

Anyone can join HBC for free. To join, you must enter your login credentials and agree to our terms and conditions. Once you join, you will have full access to buy any of the products listed on our website at our discounted prices. There is no obligation to purchase any products on our site or to engage with our practitioner to retain membership.

Buying in bulk and low inventory:

Key to our low prices is our ability to buy in bulk and maintain minimal inventory. When our members buy in volume, you lower our costs and we pass on those savings. Once you find a product you like, we recommend buying 90-day supplies if possible. We also keep our costs low by maintaining minimal inventory. This may lead to delays in processing your orders. Our philosophy is that you value lower prices over quick delivery. Over time we will learn about our members' needs and stock fast moving items, but we will always priortize lowering our costs so that we can lower our prices.

Exclusivity:

Our prices are not advertised publicly. Only our members can see our prices once they login to our website. We require that our members do not reproduce or advertise our prices in public, but it is okay to tell a friend that you value our good prices. This is key to our agreements with our suppliers and as a responsible community we must respect their needs too.
