What is oil pulling?

Oil pulling is the practice of vigorously pushing and pulling the oil around your mouth, gums, teeth, and upper throat. The oil may be thin at first but can thicken as it picks up debris in the oral cavity. After use ,  spit it out into a waste receptacle and rinse your mouth with clean water. Brush your teeth after oil pulling.  For best results, swish with BioKind® Essential O3 Ozonated Oil Pulling Rinse daily. May be used more frequently to address specific concerns or as recommended by your Health Care Practitioner.  

Organic Coconut Oil (Cocos nucifera) is rich in medium-chain fatty acids and contains lauric acid, which support oral microbiome balance.

Organic Sesame and Sunflower Oils are frequently used in oil pulling to help cleanse between teeth, soothe irritated gums, dry throat, and cracked lips, and strengthen the jaw, gums, and teeth.

Organic Peppermint Essential Oil cleanses and eliminates mouth odor.

 Directions: For oral use only. Place one tablespoon in mouth and swish for 10-15 minutes. When finished, spit into a waste receptacle.  Do not swallow.
