Supplements/Protocols Products: You may return an unused and unopened (e.g., seal on cap not broken, etc.) product within 10 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee. Your credit will be issued within approximately five business days of receipt of the return. Shipping charges are not refundable. International orders are not eligible for returns. To send back an unused and unopened product you must first obtain an RMA number. To do so, please contact us via email with your purchase date, receipt date, and product description of the items to be returned along with the reasons for your return. PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK ANY PRODUCTS WITHOUT OBTAINING AN RMA NUMBER FIRST – such returns will not result in a refund. Once your return is approved you will receive your RMA number and a return address. Shipping the product back to us will be your responsibility and at your cost. Please package appropriately so it is not damaged in transit. Once we receive your return we will issue your refund, less the restocking fee and the original shipping costs, within approximately five business days of return receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for any used or opened products or after 10 days of receipt of the product.
Technology/Hardware Products: Returns of any technology products will be based on the manufacturers return policy. Please email us to discuss your concerns and we will assist you accordingly.
